What You Will Learn

PC Hardware

Learn how to safely handle components, understand PC internals, and build confidence working with real hardware in our fully equipped lab..

Windows Installation & Configuration

Install, configure, and optimise Windows 11 using industry‑standard tools including WDS and scripted deployments.

Network Fundamentals

Understand cabling, switches, routers, IP addressing, DHCP, and domain networking through guided, hands‑on exercises.

Troubleshooting & Practical Skills

Develop logical fault‑finding skills and practise real support scenarios using our classroom lab environment.

Customer Service for IT Support

Master communication, professionalism, and user‑focused support essential skills for any IT role.
